It allows you to add all of the important details, such as names, reception schedule, special songs, etc. This is all done at your convenience. You will not have to keep track of a planner or booklet. Everything is done on-line.
Please review our Online Reception Planner by clicking Modify Your Event on the left of the screen, type in the date of January 1, 2006 and type the password “wedding” (use all lower case type)
Here’s an example of a wedding reception itinerary:
1. Set Up - D.J. set up 1 1/2 hours before first guest arrive
2. Introductions of Parents, Wedding Party, and Bride & Groom
3. Blessing
4. Eat and Mingle (don’t rush things, most couples are thirsty and starving when they arrive at the reception)
5. First Dance
6. Father/ Daughter Dance
7. Mother/ Son Dance
8. Toast
9. Cake Cutting (toast can happen before the cake cutting)
10. Garter and Bouquet -or - Anniversary Dance
11. Dollar Dance (optional)
12. Final Dance and Closure
